Q	What does the "CD" in CDKitchen stand for? Where did the name come from?
A	The original name of the website was "ChiliDog's Kitchen" (yeah, we know). It was named after the Whitmore's Dalmatian, Chili. He was an awesome dog and loved to watch Valerie cook (probably because she is a really messy cook and there were usually some good eats to be had by keeping an eye on the floor). Hence, the site ended up being named after him. Eventually the name was shortened to CDKitchen so people wouldn't think the site was only about chili dog recipes! The ChiliDog is no longer with us but his name lives on with the website. Valerie and Brent currently have two Dalmatians, Widget and Browser, who also have prominent roles with CDKitchen.
