A low carb substitute for traditional French fries. Rutabagas are sliced and then steamed before pan frying in butter until browned and slightly crispy.

Made with Italian sausage, onions, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and herbs and seasonings. The slow cooker allows the flavors to develop into a delicious sauce.

Serve this risotto as a simple side dish or add a protein like shrimp or chicken to make it an entree. Made with arborio rice, fresh corn kernels, green onion, broth, and Parmesan cheese.

Sirloin steaks are coated with a sugar and spice rub made with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and granulated sugar before grilling.

These popular enchiladas are made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, corn, seasonings, and soft tortillas and topped with additional salsa before baking.

The trick to getting this fried rice to taste like PF Chang's version is the addition of a little molasses in the sauce.
