Ingredients: 15 ounces canned red or pink salmon 8 ounces cream cheese (softened) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup pecans (chopped)
Directions: Drain salmon. Remove bones. Flake salmon. Add cream cheese and all ingredients. Stir and chill overnight. Makes one loaf or roll
