Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 container (8 ounce size) cottage cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
***FILLING***
1 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped fine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Cream and mix until smooth as possible the butter and cottage cheese. Add and blend well the heavy cream. Stir in flour and mix until a stiff dough is formed. Refrigerate overnight.

For filling combine all.

Divide the dough in thirds, leaving all but 1/3 in the refrigerator. Roll dough on a floured board, as thin as possible. Cut dough into 4-inch triangles.

Place a heaping teaspoon of nut mixture on the base (the widest end) of the triangle. Roll starting at base. Seal the end and shape into a horn or horseshoe.

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
