4 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 ounces sour cream
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
1 small package instant pistachio pudding mix (do not use sugar free)
1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1 graham cracker pie shell
directions
Mix crushed pineapple, cherries and pistachio pudding until well mixed. Add whipped topping and sour cream and blend thoroughly.
Spoon into graham cracker pie shell. Chill and serve with whipped topping if desired.
