Marshmallow Cream Peach Pie

ingredients
1 package graham cracker pie crust
16 marshmallows
1/4 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
3 cups diced peaches
directions
Melt marshmallows in milk in top of double boiler. Cool until set. Beat marshmallows until smooth, fold into whipped cream. Fold peaches into marshmallow-cream mixture.
Pile into graham cracker crust. Chill several hours, or until firm.

Delicious! So fluffy and good. I use canned peaches that are well drained (I just don't have good luck with buying fresh peaches they are always bruised it seems)

This was so simple and successful! I've tried other peach pie recipes that didn't set because of the juice in the peaches. That didn't happen here. It set up perfectly and had just the right amount of sweetness.
