ingredients
1 small package chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 can fudge topping
1 cup salted peanuts
1 small container frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
Crush cookies and mix with soft margarine. Press 3/4 of mixture into a 9" x 13" pan. Spread softened ice cream over crumb mixture and freeze.
Then spread with fudge topping, peanuts and whipped topping. Then cover with remaining crumb mix. Freeze and serve. Keeps well.
