ingredients
Crust
1 yeast
1/2 cup milk (lukewarm)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 pound butter
3 EggBeaters
1/2 cup sour cream or fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
Filling
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 pound cottage cheese or fat free cottage cheese
4 egg yolks or EggBeaters
sugar, to taste
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
dill to taste

For Crust: Add yeast to warm milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Place ingredients in a greased pan and put in refrigerator overnight.
Make 2 balls. Roll out 1 ball and press into a 9 by 13 inch pan. Roll out the other ball and cut into strips, which later will be placed on top of filling.
For Filling: Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix remaining ingredients together and add beaten egg whites to make filling. Pour filling into pan lined with crust, and place strips of crust on top of filling. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
