Baked Flounder Teriyaki

ingredients
6 flounder fillets (4 ounce size)
1/3 cup apple juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger root
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
directions
Spray 9" x 13" pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish fillets in pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over fish. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake covered 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
