ingredients
2 pounds flounder
3/4 cup butter
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoons parsley
1 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
paprika
directions
Rinse fillets and wipe dry.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Reserve 1/4 cup. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place fish in a well-greased shallow baking pan.
Baste with reserved butter. Sprinkle fillets with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
