Turn last night's pork tenderloin into today's Hawaiian-style pork sandwich. Shredded pork is mixed with teriyaki sauce and layered with pineapple on a soft bun.

ingredients
1/2 cup cooked, shredded pork tenderloin
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 slice pineapple, diced
1 soft hoagie-style sandwich bun
directions
Combine the shredded pork and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
Place the diced pineapple in the sandwich bun. Top with the teriyaki pork. Fold the bun closed and serve the Hawaiian pork sandwich immediately.
