ingredients
1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
1 can (8 ounce size) jalapeno slices, drained
6 eggs, well beaten
non-stick cooking spray
directions
Spray a 9 x 11 pan with cooking spray. Spread jalapenos in pan. Then spread cheese equally over jalapenos. Pour eggs equally over the cheese.
Bake in 250 degrees F oven for 45 minutes. Slice into bars. Serve with jalapenos facing up.
