1 pound orzo pasta
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
Cook the orzo until al dente as directed on the package. Drain well and return to the pan.
Add the butter and stir until the butter melts.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and black pepper and serve immediately.
