ingredients

1 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons rosemary leaves
1 cup olive oil

directions

Combine the lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic in a food processor. Process for one minute.

With the food processor running, add the rosemary and slowly pour in the olive oil through the feed tube. Process until the mixture is thick.

Store in the refrigerator for no more than 1-2 days.
