Baked Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

ingredients
1 pound asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon soft white bread crumbs
2 teaspoons margarine
directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Toss asparagus spears in 1-2 ts. olive oil and arrange in baking pan.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Bake uncovered until asparagus is just tender, about 15 minutes.

How can you go wrong with such an easy dish! Easy enough to throw together after work and delicious enough to serve for guests.
