ingredients

3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tablespoon molasses
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast

directions

Combine the ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.

Set the machine to white bread, medium crust.

When the bake cycle is complete, remove the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Store the bread in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
