Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

These creamy no-bake peanut butter treats aren't just easy to make but are also completely melt-in-your-mouth addicting.
under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter (not the natural kind as it is too oily)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup chocolate chips or other flavored chips
directions
Line baking sheets with waxed paper or parchment paper.
Place the peanut butter in a bowl. Slowly stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth and combined. While stirring, slowly add the confectioners' sugar and mix until fully incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips (the mixture will be stiff).
Drop the peanut butter mixture by spoonfuls onto the waxed paper. Let set until firm or refrigerate (or freeze) until firm.
Store the peanut butter creams in an airtight container.
