It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
Crispy Prawn Nuggets

ingredients
8 large prawns
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon green chile paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 eggs
1 pinch msg, (optional)
1/2 lemon, juiced
salt, to taste
oil, for frying
directions
Rub prawns with salt and lime juice and keep aside.
Add soya sauce, ajinomoto and the chili and ginger-garlic paste to the flour. Mix well. Add 1 tsp. oil and the prawns to this mixture. Mix thoroughly till the prawns are well coated. Keep aside for 2 hours.
In a separate bowl whisk eggs till fluffy. Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the marinated prawns in the egg mixture and deep fry till light brown. Serve as a delicious appetizer with hot sauce.
