2 1/2 cups elderberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons lemon juice
directions
Mix elderberries, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Sprinkle with flour and dot with butter. Put in an 8" pie crust and cover with another crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
