Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix

ingredients
1 cup dried mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon rind, grated
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup dried milk powder
directions
Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container.
TO USE: Stir into 1 1/2 quarts boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
Cover and cook over very low heat 20 to 30 minutes.
