ingredients
1/2 orange, juice of
1 fresh lime, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
4 sprigs cilantro
1/2 jalapeno
2 tablespoons reposado tequila
2 tablespoons triple sec
1 cup crushed ice
cilantro sprigs, for garnish
jalapeno, sliced thinly, for garnish
directions
In a 16-ounce tumbler, add the fresh orange juice. Squeeze the lime halves, adding the juice and the halves to the tumbler. Add the remaining ingredients and the ice to the tumbler.
With a muddler, muddle the ingredients together well. Pour through a strainer into a martini glass. Garnish with cilantro, and float 3 jalapeno slices on top.
