A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

1 orange, juiced
1 Meyer lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced (save the lime for rim)
2 cups red guava nectar*
3/4 cup gold tequila
2 tablespoons lime simple syrup* (more if needed)
salt for rim
ice
After juicing fruit use the lime halves to moisten your martini glasses. Pour salt onto a dessert plate, turn moistened glasses upside down and twirl in salt liberally.
Fill blender half full with ice cubes. Add orange, Meyer lemon and lime juice into blender. Pour in red guava nectar, tequila and lime simple syrup. Blend well till ice is crushed.
Taste for sweetness and if too tart for you add an additional tablespoon of lime simple syrup.
Pour into rimmed glasses and enjoy!
*To make lime simple syrup in small sauce pan add 1 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1/2 cup water. Cook till sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear. Cool before using. Store in plastic squeeze bottle for easy use.
*Red Guava Nectar is what gives this drink its beautiful color. Most guava juices are pale yellow but I find the red one is sweeter and obviously prettier. The only place I have been able to find it is at Wal-Mart and it's awesome. It is under their Great Value brand and is in the refrigerated juice section.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
