French Rhubarb Pie

ingredients
1 (8-inch size) pie crust, unbaked
Filling
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups diced rhubarb
2 tablespoons flour
For topping mix
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
directions
Combine filling ingredients and pour into pie shell. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 30 additional minutes.
