ingredients
3/4 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
sugar
cinnamon
directions
Cream margarine, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well.
Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
