ingredients
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream
1 baked pastry shell (9 inch size)
1 can prepared blueberry pie filling
1 tablespoon lemon juice
directions
Cream the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together.
In separate bowl, whip cream until peaks form and fold in to cream cheese mixture. Pour into pastry shell.
Cover with blueberry pie filling that has been mixed with lemon juice. Chill thoroughly before serving.
