Blueberry Custard Pie

ingredients
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pint fresh blueberries, washed
1 frozen ready-to-bake pie shell (9-inch size), thawed
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, egg, flour, lemon juice, and salt; mix well. Stir in the blueberries and pour into the pie shell.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until light golden and set in the center. Allow to cool slightly, then cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
