1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Key lime juice
1 tablespoon grated Key lime zest
1 graham cracker crumb pie crust
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon coconut extract
directions
Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and grated lime zest. Pour into graham cracker crust.
Whip heavy cream with coconut extract until stiff. Spread over pie. Sprinkle with flaked coconut and press to adhere.
Chill at least 8 hours.
