3 eggs
1 can (14 ounce size) evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 jar (16 ounce size) applesauce
whipped cream (optional)
directions
Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in milk, add sugar, melted butter, flour and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Mix in applesauce.
Pour into a greased 9 inch deep dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until set. Good served with whipped cream.
