2/3 cup reduced fat milk
1 cup chocolate ice cream
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
directions
Place all the ingredients in the mixing container. Blend on Low speed for 15 to 20 seconds, then blend on High for an additional 15 to 20 seconds until creamy and thick.
Serve immediately.
