ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 package (13 ounce size) frozen cheese blintzes
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 dash salt
directions
Pour butter into an 11 by 7 inch glass baking dish. Place blintzes in dish in a single layer.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, orange juice, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour over frozen blintzes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Uncover dish and bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until souffle is puffed and golden brown.
