1 can (12 ounce size) evaporated skim milk
1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup Splenda
Combine the milk, milk powder, and Splenda in a bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Measuring Cups: For measuring the nonfat dry milk powder and Splenda.
Large Mixing Bowl: To combine the evaporated skim milk, nonfat dry milk powder, and Splenda.
Whisk: To mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Covered Container: For storing the sugar-free sweetened condensed milk in the refrigerator for up to one week. Make sure the container has a tight-fitting lid to keep the condensed milk fresh.
