ingredients
8 ounces uncooked macaroni, uncooked
2 medium carrots peeled and diced very fine
1 small green bell pepper, diced fine
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 small red bell pepper, diced fine
1 cup milk
8 ounces Velveeta cheese
1 cup sharp shredded cheese
directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Place chopped carrots, peppers, and onions in a pot, and cook on a light boil for 10 minutes. When macaroni is done, drain, and place into a 2 quart casserole. Mix in the rest of the remaining ingredients reserving 1/2 cup of the sharp shredded cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Add remaining cheese, and serve.
