ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 tablespoon cumin
1 jar (12 ounce size) thick and chunky salsa
4 flour tortillas (can also use corn tortillas)
1 cup refried beans
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Brown beef with onion and cumin; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Spread a little salsa in round casserole dish that fits tortillas. Spread tortillas with refried beans.
Make layers by stacking tortilla, meat, sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Slice into wedges.
