ingredients
10 ounces dried orzo
5 tablespoons garlic oil
2 lemons, zest and juice of
1 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
directions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions, until just tender. Beat oil with lemon zest and juice. Add Parmesan and beat until combined. Season to taste.
Drain pasta well. Turn into a warmed serving dish. Pour over oil mixture and toss to coat.

This is an excellent orzo recipe. The lemon in this recipe adds a refreshing tart and tangy kick to the cheese and pasta. Easy to add grilled or broiled seafood or chicken to this dish. Yumm. Enjoy.
