They're Kahlua cappuccinos but could just as easily be called "adult coffee milkshakes". The secret ingredient? Coffee ice cream!
serves/makes:
ready in: under 30 minutes
ingredients
chocolate syrup 1 pint light coffee ice cream, slightly softened 2 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur whipped cream chocolate covered espresso beans or other candy
directions
Drizzle the inside of 8-10 ounce glasses with chocolate syrup. Place the glasses in the freezer while you prepare the iced cappuccinos.
Combine the coffee ice cream, milk, and Kahlua in a blender. Process until smooth. Divide the iced Kahlua cappuccino mixture between the prepared glasses. Top each with whipped cream and chocolate covered espresso beans.
