Ingredients: 1 thin-crust Italian bread shell (12-inch size) 1 cup pizza sauce 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Place the bread shell on an ungreased pizza pan.
Spread a layer of the pizza sauce over the shell, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle the pizza evenly with the Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella.
Sprinkle the pizza evenly with the oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake at 450 degrees F for 13-15 minutes or until the crust has lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
Cut the cheese pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
