Ingredients: 1 1/2 pound beef round steak, cut in serving pieces flour, for dredging 3 tablespoons fat 3 tablespoons diced onion 1 cup canned tomatoes 1 cup water 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions: Dredge meat in flour and cook in hot fat until brown. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook slowly until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
