Ingredients: 4 cups cooked white rice 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup baking cocoa 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pinch ground cinnamon 2 cans (12 ounce size) evaporated milk whipped cream or shaved chocolate, for garnish, if desired
Directions: Grease the bottom and sides of the crock pot.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Pour into the greased crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 2-3 hours or until all the liquid is absorbed.
Stir the rice pudding before serving. Serve warm or cold, garnished with whipped cream or chocolate shavings, if desired.
