Ingredients: 3 pounds salmon, fresh, skinned and boned oil 2 cups bourbon 2 cups soy sauce 1/3 cup fresh ginger 1/3 cup black pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 1 1/2 ounce sesame oil
Directions: Cover salmon with oil.
Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade. Marinate salmon overnight.
Grill over mesquite until flaky.
