Directions: Combine the creamer, cocoa, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract and stir until completely mixed. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
To use, add 2 tablespoons of the creamer mixture to hot coffee or hot cocoa and serve immediately.
