Spicy Baked Whole Flounder

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil leaves
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 pounds flounder

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except fish and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Split the flounder on both sides and partially filet meat away from bones. Baste fish generously with spicy mixture.

Bake 25 to 35 minutes in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F or until meat is flaky.
