Ingredients: 1/2 cup instant coffee granules 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
Directions: Combine the instant coffee powder, sugar, and dry milk powder in a blender. Process until finely powdered.
Store the cappuccino mix in an airtight container at room temperature.
To use the cappuccino mix, combine 2 tablespoons of the dry mix with 1 cup of hot water in a heat-proof mug. Mix well. Top as desired with fat-free or low fat whipped topping and a sprinkling of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
