Ingredients: 4 pounds ham luncheon meat 2 pounds mozzarella cheese, grated 8 pounds ground beef 1 tablespoon oregano 1 large can or jar (#10 size) spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup dried parsley flakes 1 pinch garlic salt 100 hamburger buns, split
Directions: Grind luncheon meat and cheese. Brown the ground beef and drain. Combine ground ham, cheese and ground beef, stir in remaining ingredients. Place hamburger buns open face on cookies sheets.
Place 1/4 c. mixture on buns. Bake at 450 degrees F for approximately 12 minutes. Two open faced buns per serving.
