Ingredients: 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 ounce size) 6 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup mini milk chocolate or semisweet chips 1 teaspoon flour ***CHOCOLATE GLAZE*** 1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips 1/4 cup whipping cream
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Toss 1 cup chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
For Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Immediately spread over pie.
