Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup non fat sour cream 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons sugar substitute 2 tablespoons caraway seeds 1 cup rye flour 2 1/2 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten 2 1/2 teaspoons dry active yeast
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer.
Use settings for for whole wheat and medium color crust if your machine has them.
When the bake cycle is complete, remove the pan from the machine and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, remove bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack before slicing and storing.
Store the bread in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
