Ingredients: 2 pounds stewing beef, browned and drained 1 tablespoon oil 1 large can V-8 vegetable juice 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 4 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 bay leaves 1/4 teaspoon rosemary 1/4 teaspoon marjoram 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon sugar 1 large can diced tomatoes (do not drain) 1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce 2 medium potatoes, sliced 3 large carrots, sliced 1 can corn, drained 1 large yellow squash, sliced
Directions: Add all ingredients to large pot and bring to slow boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently until the meat and all the vegetables are tender, approximately 2 hours.
