Ingredients: 18 large egg yolks 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup marsala wine
Directions: Combine all and cook over a double boiler, whisking always. When it reaches a thick ribbon stage it is done. Cool over a ice bath.
Great for topping bread pudding.
