Ingredients: 4 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped 4 ounces premium white chocolate, chopped
Directions: Melt chocolate squares separately.
Line baking sheets with waxed paper. Dip metal or heavy-weight plastic teaspoons into chocolate, then place on waxed paper to cool. Let sit until chocolate hardens, about 1 hour.
For 2-toned spoons, re-dip in alternated chocolate. Place in an airtight container between sheets of waxed paper. Store in a cool place for up to 3 weeks.
