Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup malt vinegar 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup plum jam
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then add chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Cook chicken in your preferred manner.
