
Dilled Shrimp

1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons dried dill
1/2 cup sour cream
3 pounds medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
Combine the mayo, lemon juice, sugar, onion, dill, and sour cream in a large bowl. Add the cooked shrimp.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 8-12 hours, stirring once or twice.
Serve the dilled shrimp on a bed of lettuce.
